Why is it that my own child is the hardest person to photograph?? Have I ruined her forever by snapping thousands of photos in her short lifetime?
Today she was preoccupied with the lint between her toes.
Here’s the one photo I got of her looking at me.
She acts as if it’s the most painful process to look at the camera for more than 5 seconds.
I guess it can get old to have a mom who’s constantly pulling out her camera.
Even Tommy hides the second I start opening the camera bag. :)

Okay, I am in LOVE with these lemon orchards! I could’ve spent all day shooting in this one spot. These were done in beautiful Camarillo, California, where everywhere you turn is a gorgeous backdrop for a photo shoot. Erin and Brandon were so fun to work with. And thanks to Miriam for helping and bringing such cute suitcases and hair accessories! You can find these beautiful vintage hair accessories at True Birds. Now I’m just waiting for Utah to turn to spring so I can explore some new blossoming orchards in the area!
