I spent an evening in downtown Salt Lake City with Abi and Luke back in December. They wanted to try some daytime and night shots, so we played around after the session, finding interesting-lit buildings,  fun Christmas lights sprinkling trees, as well as pulling out my off-camera flashes. I’m usually a natural light shooter, but I’m always up for something new. We ended the night at a cute little coffee shop to warm up after the chilly session. Thanks to Lindsey who came to play around with us during the night shoot!

   LOVE the union pacific shot. It reminds me of Robert Doisneau’s “the Kiss” or one of those old 40s or 50s photographs that encapsulate romance.
