Yesterday was spent doing several mini sessions with Max in the studio. It’s a lot harder with your own baby! Luckily I got some help from my friend Lindsey, my mom (who’s been taking care of us this week), and Tommy. Newborn photography is definitely not a one-person job! But Max was a champ and so patient with his photo-crazy mama. :)

I’m just crazy about my little nephew. He was born over a month early, so he still has that fresh newborn-ness about him…so I may sneak in another newborn shoot soon before he gets too wiggly and alert. Here are some photos done in Malinda’s home and in her backyard. We got lucky that it was one of the last warm days of the year, so Charlie slept soundly, nestled in the grass and bushes. A very patient fella.
